Affiliate program terms

Affiliate applications are reviewed manually and may be approved, rejected, or deactivated at Christel's Hörbal's discretion.

Approved affiliates must promote the brand accurately and may not use misleading claims, impersonation, spam, or unauthorized paid-search activity.

Referral attribution follows the site's configured last-click tracking rules and only applies to valid referred orders recorded through the Christel's Hörbal store.

Commissions and payouts

Approved referred orders earn the commission rate published in the affiliate program. Shipping and taxes are excluded from commission calculations.

Commissions remain subject to the store refund window before they become payable. Payouts are issued manually after review and may be withheld or reversed for refunded, fraudulent, cancelled, or invalid orders.

Account responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment email, website, and promotional details accurate in the affiliate portal.

Christel's Hörbal may update these terms, suspend access, or terminate participation when needed to protect the store, customers, or brand.
