Orders, pricing, and payment
By placing an order on this website, you agree to purchase products under the prices, shipping fees, and policies shown at checkout.
Orders are accepted once payment is authorized and a confirmation page or confirmation email is issued. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment authorization, fraud controls, or delivery feasibility make completion impractical.
Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or charges are shown before you complete payment.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package profile. Delivery timing depends on the destination, selected shipping method, and carrier conditions.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. If an order cannot be delivered because the supplied address is incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery or return costs may apply.
Returns, refunds, and damaged goods
Returns and refunds are handled under the separate Returns and Refunds page together with any mandatory rights required by applicable consumer law.
Opened products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or a return is required by law. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@christelshorbal.com with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
